About our clothing:

Kealopiko clothing is inspired, conceptualized and designed in Hawaii nei. Our garments are created locally and domestically; sweatshop free. Kealopiko garments go through a custom cut & sew and dye process. Silkscreened items are done mostly with water-based inks with the well-being of our environment in mind. Also, Kealopiko clothing is pre-shrunk.

Taking care of your Kealopiko clothing:

All garments are machine washable. Machine drying is okay, but to keep the silkscreened water-base artwork bright, we recommend hang drying or having your dryers set on a low tumble. Besides that, we think our clothing is made for all occasions---from working in the loʻi to working in the office!

Shipping & Handling:

Orders received thru our online store are shipped out using First Class or Priority based upon weight. Please give up to 14 business days to receive your order.

Exchanges, Returns & Damages:

Exchanges - We strive for your happiness and satisfaction. Please email us to request an exchange within 30 days of your purchase. You may exchange for a different size, style or product, or receive store credit in the amount of the original purchase. We can not accept soiled or washed merchandise nor items missing their hang tag.

Please indicate the size/color/description of the desired exchange item and we will do our best to reserve it for you pending approval of your exchange. Exchanges will not be sent until the original purchased item has been received and its condition verified.

The Kealopiko Shop can issue credit for the amount of an item purchased on the web, less the shipping cost. Please note: only credit or exchanges are possible at The Kealopiko Shop. Kealopiko does not issue refunds.

Kealopiko does not offer free shipping. You must provide us with a prepaid self-addressed envelope (large enough to fit the requested merchandise) included with your exchanged item(s). If you do not provide one, please include payment by cash/check for our standard shipping/handling fees ($7 inter-island, $10 mainland, $15 international).

Returns - Kealopiko does not accept returns, but will allow you to do an exchange.

Damages - Please understand that no one is perfect, and that mistakes and damages can occur. Kealopiko does its best to prevent these situations, but sometimes these things happen. If you receive a damaged item, e kala mai (our apologies)! Please notify us immediately, so that we can arrange a replacement for that damaged item. In order for us to replace a damaged product, the item will need to be unworn and unwashed with the hang tag intact. We ask that the item be shipped back (we will refund you this cost), and then we will replace the damaged item with a new one.
